Last weekend was the first time. The first time this year I actually just wore a short-sleeved top underneath my coat. I’ll be honest, I might have overdone it a little because when we took the pics with the coat off, it was quite chilly, but for January I think you can’t complain, right? 😉 Aaand, I wanted to take my new Kimono-style blouse from H&M Trend out, I simply love it and it was a real steal! With the wool coat on, I was perfectly fine when strolling through the city before grabbing something to eat at Duck’s Coffee Shop.
I’ve worn these wide-legged wool trousers from & Other Stories (similar here) before on the blog in this outfit, I already got them back in October but the fabric is really thin so it was simply too cold to wear them in winter. Since temperatures are climbing up the scale now and spring is just around the corner, I ended their hibernation and they’ve been on heavy rotation for the last two weeks. I love pairing the pants with chunky knits or a simple white T-Shirt and a cardigan on top, and they are the perfect match for my newly purchased blouse. I kept the whole outfit navy and white with my old acquaintance, the oversized wool coat, Stan Smith sneakers and my beloved bucket bag from Furla. I don’t know, somehow I didn’t use the white bag once this winter, and I’ve noticed I’ve never used my Rockie bag last summer. Makes it even nicer though to wear those pieces again after not looking at them for months, almost like using a new bag. Well, just almost 😉
I also have a little guest in the pics, Pixie wanted to say hi to you guys so she decided to show up as well 😉
On Sunday, there will be a recipe online again, and I can promise you it’s really easily done, delicious and even quite healthy (well, at least not unhealthy). So I see you on Sunday lovelies, until then enjoy your weekend! xx Verena
